A position has arisen in Southern Winds Marketing for a customer operative to work within our busy sales services team.
Being a customer sales assistant is about being approachable, knowledge and helpful. You’ll need the energy and positive outlook to be at your best while on your feet all day, helping customers get the very most from their experience. You will flexible, in the work you do and the hours you work, to help give our customers the best experience we can.
Above all though, it’ll be your personal attention that customers will remember when they talk to you - so bring along a bag filled with friendly enthusiasm and you wont go wrong by far.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of Customer care as the primary point of contact in matters relating to the day-to-day operation of the customer services centre
Handling customer’s service requests and inquiries, in a courteous, timely and professional manner, working flexibility and in effective conjunction with the relevant support service staff.
-Able to work tight deadlines, managing and prioritizing time effectively.
